One Spot will be a featured exhibitor at the annual Building Owners and Managers Association’s (BOMA) Minneapolis Resource Fair on Tuesday, March 20. The Resource Fair will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center from 10am – 2pm, with a continuing education session taking place in the first hour.

One Spot will be exhibiting at booth #10.  The sales and marketing team will be introducing the Minneapolis commercial real estate community to the new property management software platform. Committed to a user-centered design process, the One Spot team utilized customer feedback from a series of pilot programs throughout 2017 to drive the development and functionality of the software. The team believes this approach will lead to faster adoption and implementation and a more valuable end product. Ultimately, One Spot will increase the effectiveness of planning, budgeting and team collaboration on daily jobs for commercial property and facility management teams.

“Every single day across the globe, property and facility management teams face the challenge of completing their work on time, on budget and with 100% accuracy,” One Spot CEO Keith Pelatowski explains. “Managing a portfolio of properties, particularly across a wide geography, can be time-consuming and inefficient. Our technology will bring property management teams together, in collaboration, and allow property owners and managers to eliminate wasted time and empower them to focus on the completion of projects, with real-time transparency.”
