Artis REIT implemented One Spot to streamline service inspections, manage client requests, maintain critical property data, and improve their capex budgeting process.  The Artis team originally expected One Spot to automate some of their manual processes, and ended up leveraging the tool's capabilities to develop an advantage over their competitors in how they service their tenants.

One Spot has allowed Colliers to review and provide property condition reports for multiple locations for their clients in a much more streamlined and expedited manner. This is especially true when their clients are looking at a portfolio of properties rather than just one asset.
